The MCA/Fire Liaison Manager (FLM) is responsible for the co-ordination of MIRG resources.

The MIRG Training Officer reports directly to the FLM and is responsible for the development, co-ordination and maintenance of all MIRG training initiatives.

MIRG is supported by the MIRG Technical Support Officer based at MCA HQ in Southampton.
